As the editor-in-chief of The Omega, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, coming up with pitches for staff and editing their content, designing the print version of the paper and making sure it is sent to the printing press, publishing content online and managing the organization’s social media.
In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for corresponding with advertisers and working with the organization’s accountant when it comes to financials.
The editor-in-chief is the only salaried employee in the organization.
